Additional Requirements:
* A certificate of insurance and rental agreement are required before production. Purchase order of 50% deposit upon signing of contract. A 4.712% Hawaii Excise tax will be applied to all billing.
* General cleaning charge: Heavy dirt or dust; $125. Mud, Sand or Rust $175.
* Weekly rates on jib packages: 3.5 day week
* Call for shipping prices inter-island.
* With enough lead time: shipping Inter-island Young Brothers barge $120 each way.
